Film Runtimes are Incorrect

Can anyone help me with this? I’ve been trying to sort this out for a couple weeks now and it is still not working.

Basically I have some films that show incorrect runtime, like 1-4 minutes for a feature length film. The files themselves are fine, when played in Plex or in another media player they play to their full runtime. Windows Explorer shows the correct runtime. Its just Plex that has it wrong.

I’ve tried deleting and re-adding, re-matching, etc. Nothing works. Has anyone seen this before? Anyone have a solution?

Can you please double check the exact server version of your PMS? The version you’ve listed in your post doesn’t seem to be an existing PMS release(the current public release is version 1.32.0.6973.

Settings > [Server Name] > General

Lets try 1.32.0.6973, that looks better. I assume the other was the client version.
