Filmography not working for additional home user

Hi I am looking for help on an issue. I have an additional home managed account user on Plex and the filmography on any actor whether its a movie or tv show doesn’t appear for the additional user, but they appear for me as the main user / administrator.

I have looked at the settings and nothing stands out, and looking through previous postings on the forums “include adult content” is already disabled. I am running version 4.138.0. and using the Plex Series agent for TV shows and Plex Movie agent for movies

The home user has tried it both Firestick and Shield and both have the same issue.

I have cleared the cache on both and uninstalled / re-installed on Shield
