Hi everyone,
I have a couple iPads that we have sync some movies to and have the plex app set to the local iPad. However, the kiddos are getting smart and now know they can go to the top left and change from “iPad” or local to the actual media server.
This would be fine if I could filter what they see. I have a category set up as “Kids” and I know I can filter by that category but sometimes they manage to get the filter off and then have full access to our library. My son saw a picture of a dragon and like all boys clicked the dragon because he thought that would be cool to watch. A couple minutes later my wife swears she hears Tyrion talking, whooops. Luckily it was only a talking scene but for anyone that has watched Game of Thrones there could have been a much different outcome.
So question is, is there a profile or something I can do to either A) filter movies and require a password or some other idea to limit movies shown on the server for certain devices? or B) block the media server all together from certain devices.
Option A would be cooler seeing the ipad only has about a dozen movies on it and we have more kids movies/shows than that available but if not possible then I have to lock them out completely.
Thanks
