Under the Program guide there are ways to filter tv/shows and movies.
Typically these are by year, genre, etc.
I would like to see an option for filtering shows/movies that are showing during a particular date/time range.
This would help with planning out my dvr recordings for the week.
Right now I go through the Program Guide and hit record on what I’m interested in then go back to the Recording Schedule to make sure I’ve left at least one tuner free for live tv and to make sure there are no overlaps.
With a date/time range option on the Program Guide, I could look at my Recording Schedule and see it wasn’t recording anything on an upcoming day during a certain time and then use the date/time range filter to isolate the shows/movies in the program guide to see what might be available of interest to record.
