I have the same error as @blackzwe and @CT9AJ , and it started happening right after clicking “Let’s Get Started”.

Are there any plex-related host names in your hosts file?
Is there an internet filtering device or software active? (PiHole, antivirus packages etc.pp.)
Are there any browser add-ins of a similar nature active?

After you accept to opt into the Beta and you get taken to the default home page for Plex the issue occurs.

Same here, i’ve used both - the app.plex.tv and the standalone app. Both crashing. Restarting Chrome, clearing cookies, even restarting my PC doesn’t work now. PMP works (i hope it will be until you fix other platforms)

I’m struggling to work out how to opt in to this feature - is there a link I should be clicking somewhere?

Would any of you getting the error in web app mind messaging me the console logs from browser as you load the page.

In chrome right click on page and choose “inspect”, choose the console tab, then reload page

I’ve somehow gotten mine to clear but smashing the refresh/stop button over and over and over while loading the page lol

Negative, used incognito with no addons, all browsers, still same error.

We are rolling it out over the next hour so you might not have it yet. you might have to restart app or browser

I’ve PM-ed you the logs I copied from console.

Interesting. A forced page reload usually works on Windows with CTRL+F5
You might also want to try CTRL+Shift+F5
on Mac it is Shift+CMD+R

Emptying the browser cache using the regular settings menu of each respective browser type might also be a good idea.

Working on iOS and desktop, works awesome! Hopefully it’s possible to sync this with my trakt.tv watchlist.

You say that you need Android TV 9.0.2 but Shield seems to be only be up to 9.0.1 so this means it’s not available yet for Shield? Am very excited to play but can’t get it to work…

Folks are currently fixing issue with availability on Android.

the feature is beta not the apps. Just make sure you are updated to latest versions. If you don’t see it now then you should with in the next hour

OK, so error occurs with apps as well if you opt in. Is there a way to totally opt out? Thinking maybe its a server thing.
