I have just added a large library of over 10000 albums to Plex. I noticed quite a few duplicates. Is there a way to find them all like Plex can do with movies? It is quite some work to manually scroll through 10000 albums.
Also, i have deleted some albums manually from the disk, but they still show up in Plex (with a bin symbol) How can I clean up the deleted ones?
I’m not sure there’s an easy way to find duplicates, but running the “Scan Library Files” command should clean up the deleted albums.
ah yes delete works. my initial scan was still in progress so I thought it did not work. All fine
It’s actually even quite fun to go through it manually after all 
The feeling of being in control, haha. And freeing up space.
