Fire stick log in issue

Player Version#:9.81.35118

I changed my plex password and was logged out of all my devices yesterday and cannot see to get back on to the two fire sticks on my TVs.

when I go to Link | Plex and enter the code I get an error “user could not be authenticated” or “API rate limit exceeded”

Ive tried on my mobile phone and desktop PC same result
any Idea how I can resolve this and use plex again?

Seems Like I found a solution. after using chrome on my phone and PC as well as firefox on the PC I tried installing the Duck duck go browser on my phone and was able to log both fire sticks.
