I’ve setup plex live tv dvr a d it’s working to fine.
The strange thing is I’m not seeing the channel images (logos) on the plex app under the channel guide on my fire tv. They appear fine on the web version, and on the plex player on Windows so the server knows what they are.
Any ideas?

Looks as if you and I are having the same problem. See my post here: Channel icons showing in Plex Web Grid , but not ATV4 Grid. Only difference is, I am using an Apple TV instead of Fire TV.
I’ve tried a number of things to get this working, but no success as yet. I suspect there is a systemic issue with how the channel images are being served up to the Plex clients.
In my setup I am using an XMLTV file instead of Gracenote and have 2 tuners - an HDHomerun Connect and xTeVe (IPTV). I am wondering whether this has something to do with it. I’m of the view that the way support for XMLTV has been implemented in Plex is more of an afterthought from the developers, rather than being truly part of the underlying architecture.
You will see in the replies to my post that Plex are investigating this issue. No timeframe for resolution as yet, unfortunately.
In general I find the setup and core Live TV/DVR functionality works quite well, its just these annoying issues that detract from the overall experience.
