HI everything was working just fine until yesterday. It’s odd if I go into live tv and what’s on now or browse all poster are there but if I click one on fire tv the poster for the show or movie is blank. I looked and i am getting this error.
“Missing required query parameter height”
I have cleared cache and data on fire tv app uninstalled it reinstalled rebooted both the fire tv cube and plex server I don’t know what else to do any help would be great thanks.
So this works fine in the web browser? only Fire TV having issues?
yes all other apps like iphone ios and pc htpc app work fine only fire tv app. It was working fine don’t know what happened.
It’s odd it does not show the background picture that normally shows in the top right of the screen when you are on a channel or on a show or movie in what’s on or the guide it does show the posters in what’s on and browse its just when you click them thats when I get that error and the poster is blank in the live tv section and when you click a movie which after normally will show the poster and to the right is all the info but the poster is blank so I checked my logs and see that error every time.
