Fire TV can see media, can't stream

Player Version#: 7.15.0.10215

I can see all my media through my Fire TV app and even hear the theme music play. But I cannot stream anything. Always the same error “Playback has stopped because the connection to the Plex Media Server has been lost. Please ensure the server is available and retry.” Logs attached.
