Fire TV, music works but video doesn’t, works fine on phone app

I can no longer play videos on my Fire TV from the Plex app. I have a media server on a NAS, and I’m able to access and play from my phone app. In addition, I can play music from Fire TV still.
This was previously working.
I’ve tried signing out and back in, restarting the Fire TV, and uninstalling g and reinstalling Plex App.

I’m a lifetime Plex Pass subscriber.

Please help or direct me to some form of support person? TIA!
