FireStick 4k: MP4 movie continuously lagging/crashing

Server Version#: 4.94.2
Player Version#: 9.10.1.36024

Multiple movies will run then pause/cycle and then crash. I have tried WiFi vs Ethernet, resetting the cache, downloading new versions of the movie, etc. It happens randomly to movies (mostly older) in 1080p MP4 container format.

Help would be appreciated.

The FireTV 4K max will do amazing things DirectPlay with enough WiFi signal & throughput.

Is it a networking limitation / signal strength?
