Firestick does not play any 4K content

Hi everyone,

This is really doing my head in, I can not ply any 4K content on my 4K firestick. I have tried so many options.
It comes up with the error Playback was not possible:not enough CPU for conversion of this.

I have turned off the new player, I have increased the quality for home streaming and remote streaming to original. I have turned off subtitles, I have disabled pass through and I have tried using it with a VPN oh and I have also tried rolling back to an older version of Plex. If anyone could shed any light that would be great!

Thanks for the reply, I don’t think it is my tv. My tv is smart and also has Plex installed directly. When I use the inbuilt app it works perfect, only when I am using the firestick does it have issues with 4K content
