FireTV - most of my TV icons are incorrect

Server Version#: 4.69.1
Player Version#: 8.30.1.31022

Almost all the icons on the player are wrong to the point where often the same icon is used for many (different) tv shows. This is only on the player, the server itself is correct.

Any idea how to fix this?
