Images for User and Cast Icons missing

I am noting that the most recent releases of PLEX player on the Amazon store are having issues where the images for users icons and the cast icons for movie and shows are missing.

I started using the latest beta build of Plex and am also noting this issue is also occurring on the beta builds. Using build
8.28.0.29997-beta
Not sure why this would occurs, but older builds do not exhibit this issue only the most recent releases.

I have noted this issue also exists on all FireSticks I have installed the latest version of PLEX on. Not sure what is going on, looks like a sync issue is not occuring between the clients and the server. Also noted the images for cast are not present in movies and other libraries lijke tv shows.
