FireTV devices will not play

I just started having issues with all my Fire TV devices, 4k stick, 4k cube, and Fire TV box. I get “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.” The server is local, and the fire devices are all wired via Ethernet so there is no connection issues and I’m also not having this issue when I try to stream from chrome or the app on my Android phone. I have tried to restart the app, restart the fire device, and reinstall the app, nothing has worked. I hope the app updates and fixes this soon.

I think i’m a server version behind you and everything is working on all my fire devices.

Roll back the server version and see if that fixes it. If not at least you know and can move on to the next suggestion that doesn’t fix it either
