I have 2 FireTV Sticks, one is used on a 2yo Hisense TV using WiFi and works just fine. The other is on a brand new Hisense TV using an Ethernet adapter and has this issue, all settings other than network are the same.
The ethernet connected FireTV Stick loses all sidebar pinning data (reverting to showing all in alphabetic order) every day or so. I tried deleting the app cache in the firestick settings and that fixed it for about 3 days but the problem has returned.
It’s not a huge issue, but just annoying
