SInce a week plex web is giving me an “An unexpected error occurred.” message when I tried to open the settings or the dashboard
But when I opened it on my phone or the tv it worked fine.
But now it happens also when i try to watch a movie on plex web.
I am running the latest version: PlexMediaServer-1.25.6.5577

I am getting the same error. It works on iPhone and iPad but not on the web.
Did you try Plex.tv again? There was a minor outage on the api roughly around the time you posted. Everything should be resolved.

I updated to version 4.69.1 this morning. I got this same error on my server after the update. I had to power cycle the windows media server to correct it. Now Plex apps (on TVs / phones / pads ) works fine, but from the web interface on my windows server now I can only play items that are MP4

These all worked fine yesterday - how do I roll back 4.69.1 ??

the local web ( IP:32400/web) app is still that version. The server version is under the general area that is under your servers name if that is that you meant to list. and this does not seem to be related to the first posters issue that they couldn’t access settings.
have you tried a different browser? have you tried https://app.plex.tv?
