If it’s Feb 7th 2036 it’s nothing in your file. This has been a bug for a long time
You have to uncheck this
3 dots next to the library → Manage Library → Edit → Advanced
Usually a refresh of the metadata for the show fixes it but I’ve had a few instances where I had to Plex dance the show for it to change
