Fix buggy Android TV Client

For years there has been an issue with “Connection reset by peer” being spammed in logs with lots of buffering. I see forums posts going back 3-4 years, and everything seems to point to the Android TV client.

Also please implement a bug reporting system…

I’ve moved this to the regular Android TV category… there’s a better chance you’ll get feedback here than when it’s masked as feature suggestion.

As for the 2nd part of your post: there’s already an existing suggestion for Plex to introduce an official / public bug tracker. Please comment/vote in that thread with regards to that part of your suggestion.
