Thanks for your continued help on this. However, I don’t seem to have an mpv-2.dll file in my C:\Users\USERANME\AppData\Local\Plex HTPC install directory.
I have the following files in that directory…
input.conf
input.conf.md
mpv.conf
mpv.conf.md
plex.ini
Searching my Windows10 machine doesn’t return any results for mpv-2.dll
Any ideas? Thanks.
Oh, you are in the appdata dir of Plex HTPC.
The install dir is located at “C:\Program Files\Plex\Plex HTPC” - there you should find the mpv-2.dll.

Yes, I CAN confirm that replacing the mpv-2.dll file with the one from your zip fixed the Hardware acceleration stuttering issue on my RTX 3090.
