Fix metadata with IMDB

I’m trying to match a movie with IMDB, but it doesn’t work. I’ve searched in Plex using the string “imdb-tt0086823”, but I don’t get a match. I’ve followed the instructions carefully, I just can’t see why it doesn’t work.

  • When in a Movie library, you can enter the IMDB ID in the title and search for that. For instance, the IMDb entry for “Brave” is Brave (2012) - IMDb. If you enter imdb-tt1217209 as the search term, it will search for that exact movie to try to match.

The referred item isn’t a movie but a tv mini series. Plex won’t match that inside a movie library.
