FIX: Reset Server Certificate Error

Server Version: 1.41.0.9018
Player Version: nVidia Shield

Hi, sent to ask for help from this reddit: Shield Unable to Connect Securely

  • Fresh factory reset of nVidia
  • Latest versions of Play Store Plex + Plex Server
  • Permissions set to Allow

From what I read I would need an admin to help reset my server certificate.

Please help? Thanks!

FIX FOUND:

Installed the Plex Windows app:
https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-app

Ran through the setup, it saw my Shield Server.
Added a few libraries.
Windows app sees and connects to the Shield Server.
Windows Web app (chrome) now sees and connects to the Shield Server.
