I have installed Plex app and Plex Media Server on my NVIDIA Shield TV Pro, but I am not able to connect to the plex media server anymore. I would like to request an admin to reset the server certificate.
Your server’s certificate is perfectly fine. It was created just yesterday.
Try shutting down, then reboot your Shield.
