I’ve just purchased a brand new Nvidia shield pro specifically to run Plex, l can’t get a secure connection to run and someone suggested resetting my server certificate, can someone look into this for me, please?

Downloaded the latest version off the playstore, the app detected the drives and said to add media through the web app, but when l open the browser it says app.plex.tv is unable to connect to shield android TV securely. The server is listed on the left hand column but with the yellow warning 
, any ideas please? I wanted to move away from my bulky windows PC…!
The Plex app is picking up my old version when l open my windows laptop and it sees that there is the shield server but in the web app (server) it doesn’t see it…?! I’m seriously loosing the will to live with this!!
