Looking for a little clarification on the last two betas, as things were definitely changed that impacted both mobile and TV versions, but the release notes are very much lacking information.

I think that “bug” is because the exoplayer, since Plex use the exo, the chapters are no longer available

There were no changes to the Exoplayer between beta releases, so I doubt that’s the reason chapters are not available. Skipping from chapter to chapter is the Plex app’s job.

I’ve been able to replicate this issue with chapters, however it doesn’t seem to effect everyone. It’s being actively investigated.
Regarding the release notes @kegobeer-plex, sometimes we need to make updates to the beta with changes that aren’t visible to users, we endeavor to provide comprehensive information in the release notes wherever possible.

I was about to ask the same thing. I haven’t tried the latest beta, but there’s nothing in the release notes so I figure it’s still not fixed?

They intermittently show up on latest Plex for Android 6.2.0.777-beta so no, not fixed.
Yep, intermittent bugs (like this) can be hard to track down, this is still on the radar, will get it fixed as soon as we find the cause!
I don’t even get intermittent - I haven’t had any chapters randomly pop up with the latest beta.
I can confirm, no chapters anymore

I can play the same file say 5 times and might get it 1 out of 5, then other times 3 / 5.
@sixones, do you have any updates on the chapter problem? Any closer to figuring out what broke them?
