FIXED: Plex Scanner failing - I think after maybe a disk corruption

Several MKV TV files are not being found by Plex, despite having the correct filenames (i.e. exactly the same as the previous episodes). Several files have failed - in fact, I think that it has stopped working from a couple of days ago.

Not sure if these are the right logs, but I would really appreciate any help!

 I just fixed it - I re-ran the Plex installation and selected Repair.
