Would there be any prospect of adding support for the latest FLAC iteration? FLAC - FLAC 1.4.0 released

It has support for 32 bit encoding, which is my main interest in it, but a few other goodies too.

At some point? We have a bunch of deps we’d need to update from server to app and some libraries in-between. But I wouldn’t hold my breath :sweat_smile:
