Over several versions of the Plex Server, and the Plex-Web client, FLAC files do not get played properly. They will periodically hang, with no progression in the play time at all. If left in this state, they may eventually start to play again anywhere between 5 seconds to 20 minutes (but not always). Jumping forward in the track several seconds seems to get the playback unstuck (if waiting is not an option), but it has to be more than just 1 second. I only experience this with Plex-Web, and not any other player I have tested, however, Plex-Web is what I use most and listen to a lot of FLAC files.
Any help with this issue is much appreciated, and hopefully, I am not alone!
