I am trying to move from XBMC to Plex. In XBMC, there is an option to "Flatten TV Shows" and then choose between "If only one season," "Alway," or "Never."
In Plex Home Theater I am not finding it at all. I am finding that if I want to drill down into my TV Library down to a specific show, there is a lot of extra clicking making it very inefficient. If I only have shows from one season, I really do not need to perform an extra click to see that list of shows.
Is there any way to enable this XBMC option in PHT? Maybe a hidden setting that can be enabled via editing an XML or something like that?
I would really like this added. It’s been a major annoyance since I started using Plex around 2007! It was one of the features I liked about XBMC and have always hoped it would migrate.
Another option would be to have all seasons on the same view and scroll through them (much like the Netflix UI has currently).

If you’re referring to PHT or OpenPHT, you can see all episodes at once.
When viewing all of the available seasons select the one labeled ALL

I agree that this is at present the closest you can get to what the other posters have requested.
But this still means that clicking on a show will open the listing of its seasons, with the dummy season “ALL episodes” as the first entry, and I really think that the intent of the requests was to bypass that list entirely, and go directly from clicking on a show name/poster into a listing of all episodes of that show.
The only way I know of to achieve such an effect, for a limited number of shows, is to use the “Night” skin and opening the context menu for the “All episodes” poster of a show and choose to add that entry to the “Favourites” list. This will create a “Favourites” entry in the main menu with the chosen poster as one of its “On Deck” entries, and clicking on such an entry will take you directly to the list of all the episodes of that show. One of the Night skin settings of the ‘Preferences’ menu will also let you edit the names of all ‘Favourites’ entries, so that you get something more meaningful than just “All episodes” for every one.
Note that this method is not available in most skins. To my knowledge “Night” is the only one that has it.
I used “Night v1.8.6” to verify this functionality in OpenPHT v1.5.1, but it works with older OPHT/PHT versions too.

Open a Feature Request in the issues in GitHub, only way to get visibility, no promises, but at least it’s there.
