Flex doesn't download any metadata on my flex after reinstall plex

Player Version#: Versie 4.145.1
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

My Plex on my Qnap crashed a few days ago, and I wan’t able to repair it. So I deleted the old database and created a new one. Plex finds all the items on my server, except Plex is not downloading any metadata, whatever I tried…

Can someone help me out?
