Folder text floats over folder icons and is hard to read on Android TV following recent updates

As of the last few versions of media player/server, thinking it started around December but not certain, when I use Plex on Android TV devices to play media the folder text in certain views floats over the folder icon and is very hard to read. (image attached for clarity) It seems to only take place once you are more than one folder level deep in your file structure, the top level libraries seem unaffected. The only thing I’m aware of that’s changed in my setup is the server version which runs on a Synology DS918+, but admittedly I don’t watch the android TV Plex versions very closely so it’s possible there’s something there. Other versions of media player don’t appear exhibit this behavior (Desktop/Roku/LG WebOS) in my testing.

I have completely unintalled/reinstall everything, including the server on all devices and haven’t been able to find any way to remedy this behavior. Any thoughts/ideas on how to fix this?

Anyone have any ideas here? This clearly appears to be a bug in either the newer version of server/player.

FWIW - I have seen a couple server updates come through but this is still happening

The app has the problem, not the server.
They did fix it. It’s in testing now ( :crossed_fingers: )

Any word on when this update might become available? I have seen quite a few other Plex app updates on the Shield TV but this issue seems to not have been corrected in those

Yes. Engineering confirmed. 8.16 has resolved.
Seems it went back & forth a few times.
