So I’m really here just to post as I think many many many many others have in the past and hopefully eventually Plex will hear it’s users.
We want to be able to have poster art appear in folder view.
Perhaps the reason why is lost on the people at Plex so I’ll make this as simple as possible.
A pretty standard folder structure would be that you have folders for each movie (and surely for each TV show). Within each folder you have the main titles along with any additional extras. You might even wish to put the extras into yet another folder…but let’s skip that for now.
To build into Plex the option for “Folder View” and then ignore building in the ability to have poster art displayed is lost logic.
If a company wants me to even begin consider paying for their premium service they surly better not have dropped such a major ball.
If there is some magic fair dust I have overlooked in reading all the other people desperately trying to solve this problem and there is an actual solution please forgive my error.
