I’ve tried it and most things are working pretty good - a few graphics slowdowns etc as you expect with beta software.

Plex seems to be more affected than other apps so far though, some things play fine, others play the audio with no video. DVR seems completely broken as it just bails out of the screen.

The good news is playing it in safari as a workaround does work - so that’s something.

If it were easy I’d actually downgrade as I use Plex on my tablet quite a lot - however, I’ll just use the browser and wait.

Not working well at all for me. No problems connecting to PMS, but trying to play anything back is problematic. To be expected with a public beta, and at least the feedback gives Plex plenty of time to resolve for the general release in a few months, but if Plex is important to you, I’d hold off the iOS betas for the time being!
