Force commercial marking to skip after MCEBuddy

Hi I’m wondering if there was a way to force Plex to run the commercial detection to mark them for skipping after MCEBuddy did it’s thing.

Right now if I watch the recording before MCEBuddy convert the file the com detection works well but after it’s converted it disappears.
