Force plex to use Intel Quicksync for transcoding

I have a cpu capable of intel quicksync and a nvidia 1060 in my rig. I want to use the intel igpu over the 1060 as is being used for other more critical operations. I have went into the bio and chose the intel igpu as the primary display and inserted a hdmi dummy dongle. But it still seems like its using the nvidia 1060 to transcode. Is there a way to force the plex to use the igpu? Im using windows server 2016.
