You might want to comment/vote in this existing feature suggestion which is attempting to get a visual language tag/icon as an overlay to the poster.

Language Banners for Cover Art

If it is possible, it would be nice to have a small banner, much like the native orange dot or banner that allows one to know if a show has been watched or not, but in this case the dot or banner could be a different color based upon the language of the file. It would be nice to know which of the shows in my anime collection have English and which are only in Japanese. Just a thought. Thanks for everything you all do, I love Plex.
