I already have an account. I have not used for some time. I cannot remember the password. I do know the original email and user name. I do not have access to the email any more. I changed provider. Please advise. I was a premium user. I tried to log in on iphone and it says that I have changed password? I cannot remember doing so?

Then go to plex.tv and try to “Sign In”
The page has a “forgot password” link.
