Cannot log into my premium account...email/password have been changed

I paid for a lifetime Plex subscription with a credit card I have access to and after not having used Plex for a while, I opened up the account to find that someone had hacked in and changed the username and password. I have their email address, but obviously not access to their email account, How should I go about solving this?

if they only changed those then you should be able to do forgot password to reset that then you can change username when you get in.

if they changed email You should have gotten an email to the original email on account with notification of the change with a link to revert. the link is does have a time limit so if it does not work contact the billing dept and they can help you out. https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
