Formuler Z8 - Play Problem

Hello,
I am using a android box (Formuler Z8 and Formuler Z7+) as streaming devices, but in both, when try play some stuff everytime the reprodution of the content is similar to this: Formuler Z8 - Play Problem
I record this from my Formuler Z8 box.

I already check the resolution and everything that I think that is causing the problem.

What is strange is that in my every other devices everything is flow. Nothing compared to this. I tested it in iPad, iPhone, PC, Mac and DreamPlex and everything works as expected. Even remotely I can play my media content.
Only in my Formuler boxes I found this problem.

A couple minutes ago I found the solution: Settings > Advanced > Enable new video player > Turn off
By default, the “Enable new video player” is turn on, but in my Formuler case is not working properly.
After change this everything runs as expected and flowly without any problem.

I hope that Plex support can verify this situation.

Server Version#: 4.8.4
Player Version#: 7.25.1.14216 (96f60a68)

I think it is hardware acceleration being enabled on server that causes that with the new player.

As I referred in my first message, if I can help someone with the problem that I found perfect. My message was already useful!

in Settings>Transcoder of the server you can turn off Use hardware acceleration when available to see if that is it.

I have already this setting turned off.
Only for a test purpose I turn on it, but with no success.
Until everything is running ok, using the old player is not a problem at all for me… because it works.
It could be an hardware problem on my server side, for sure, because the server is a simple and old laptop. But for what I want it works, so problem solved.

Comme l’a dit @GlooGloo, j’ai vécu exactement le même problème que toi. J’ai aussi un Formuler Z7+ et j’ai aussi le même problème sur Formuler Z8 et sur Z7+. Ma solution a résolu mon problème et elle est la même que tu avais montré sur ton vidéo. Tu peux changer les définitions sur “Settings” et l’image va certainement montrez une image normale.

J’avais oublié que j’avais accepté d’utiliser le nouveau lecteur il y a quelques temps. Curieux qu’il ai fonctionné plusieurs jours puis tout d’un coup non.
