What’s up with me needing to login to https://plex.tv to access https://forums.plex.tv?
Why do I have to do this extra step. Not to mention I now have an additional step cause I have to logout of https://plex.tv afterwards.

So to clarify, Plex users that are paying a monthly or yearly subscription will have that “flair” on their avatar? Is this correct?
That’s odd. I have a lifetime membership(well, at least until PLEX INC revokes it, lol).

Looks like your profile is missing something. I’d try to close all web browser windows and login fresh at plex.tv
I will have someone more knowledgable than me investigate your forum account as well.

Oi someone took my username which I have for plex and old forums for years. why would you allow someome to change username outside that they have for plex? @OttoKerner

When did you do it?
What was the first letter after the @ in your old email?
I have changed email but that was atleast a year or so ago, 2017 or something like that, judging from my old emails and notifications from both plex news and forums, first letter after the @ is g.
OLD email address, not your current one.
