Ok so I cannot do anything with my main Plex account. When i log in i get the message on the right hand side

When i click either login or register it redirects to the main forum page thinking i’ve already logged in. I’ve used this account for years, but I’m not sure i’ve posted on the forums before.
Any ideas? happy to share registered email address with a mod/admin if needed (assume it will be)
username is thefunkygibbon or email is plex@thefunkygibbon dot net.
its been like this for a while and i cannot get any support to sort it as the support account support@plex.tv does not respond to emails 
this is driving me up the wall. i have support questions i need to ask in the plexpass forum but can’t
