How do I access plex pass forums?

I have a plex pass but when using that account for login, I can’t access the forums. I had to create a separate account to get to the forums, but since this is not my plex pass account, I an’t get to the plex pass forums (such as the one for Plex Media Player). What do I need to do to have my main (plex pass) account able to get into the forums?

When you log in with your Plex Pass account, the restricted forums should just appear. If the Plex Pass badge does not appear below your avatar (like you see on mine to the left of this message), then there may be something wrong with your account configuration. If that’s the case, send an email to Plex at plexpass-billing@plex.tv and explain the situation. Good luck.

I finally got around to contacting plexpass-billing and they got me straightened out.
