Forum Use: How to create and use Spoiler Tag

I wanted to post some logs using the spoiler tag (see image below) but could not find any instruction on how to use this feature here on the Plex forums. Using markdown does not work.

I think I screwed that up…I marked the one you just sent as answered! Not sure if I can fix that!!
