My plex app on my LG TV only shows most popular category for the free movies and tv shows and nothing else. My android app is fine.
Web os and plex app on LG TV all latest versions.
Any fix?

Same issue on a LG 65OLEDB8, tried different DNS without success. Going to try a smart DNS next.
Dns is an unlikely cause. Did you get anywhere?
Not sure why you would say that, when many countries are turning to GeoDNS restrictions.

Because he’s able to load the “most popular” listings from the free movies and TV listings. If it was a DNS issue he wouldn’t be able to reach the service at all, and would not have any free content.
And as previously stated. My android app is fine also even when using same dns.
I have the same problem. My LG Tv (49SM9000) is only showing the Most Popular films in Movies & TV on Plex. On all my other devices I can scroll down to see the other categories but the LG Tv just doesn’t display anything below the most popular category.
My guess is it a bug in the LG TV App, I haven’t heard of any other make of Smart TVs with the same issue.
Any dedicated bug submission thing on here then?
I have the same issue on Samsung TV, all other devices are fine and all on latest versions!
Smart TV apps currently only have a limited number of hubs; users cannot control which hubs. So for now, you won’t see the same hubs (or same number of hubs) on the Smart TVs as you do on other Plex apps/clients.
For the LG in my location( Australia) it makes it useless with just 10-12 titles
I get that but to only have most popular and continue watching isn’t right surely? That isn’t promoting the service. If my android app can handle it my smart TV should.
I’m not sure what makes yous ay that, the two platforms are not that similar; in fact, the latter is quite unpowered compared to the former.
