Freebase metadata agent doesn't work after PMS update

Hello, I've used the Freebase metadata agent in combination with TidyGenres to update my media info for a couple months now. With a recent update of PMS this has stopped working. Does anyone know why and how to resolve this? The Movie Database works, but I don't want to use that metadata agent as it messes up the genres.

I tried this just now and it seemed to work fine for me.  Can you be more specific about how it's not working for you?

Ah, so I am the only one, I hoped there would be more with this issue. I am using PMS in Dutch and I therefore NEED Tidygenres to cleanup the metadata for me, because otherwise I would get everything in English AND Dutch. That would be a mess.

I have noticed that using Freebase/Tidygenres metadata is missing for most of my movies, but not for all. Some movies aren't flagged with any genre, other movies don't even have their movie description plotted out.

Please tell me which information you need to further investigate this issue and I will do my best to provide it. I will try to do a fresh install of PMS when I find the time.

I did a fresh install of PMS (cleaned AppData) but the problem still exists. Descriptions for almost all movies are missing. This time I have not installed the plugin TidyGenres.

I could somewhat replicate by unchecking the The Movie Database Agent under Freebase, but with the agent settings like this it worked just fine (with the movie section language set to Dutch):

And here is the result (same result for both movie section set to English/Dutch):

I think I will scan with The Movie Database and set the movie section to English for now, because I can't think of any other solution.

Aha, that's exactly how I could replicate the missing summary problem. Tick the box in front of "The Movie Database" there and you will get the summaries (metadata from Freebase and The Movie Database will be combined in that case).
