Freeview TV integrated into Plex

Can Plex consider adding Freeview [1] to Plex. It would enable a TV guide integrated with catch-up TV.

I think it is a bad idea and, probably, not possible. Plex is already too bloated and I see little reason to bloat it even more.

Plex has previously said that “TV anywhere” is not possible or practical and I believe this would face most of the same problems and probably even more.

Hopefully Plex will change their mind about TV Everywhere with the recent cable card decision. I prefer Plex but my cord cutting has switched me to PhiloTv and using ChannelsDVR for DVR services. I’d love to switch back to Plex for LiveTv&DVR but in 3 months of ChannelsDVR I’ve had zero issues with tuner malfunctions, guide issues, no issues with multiple EPGs, it just costs another $80 a year…
