Fréquent Déconnexion of NAS server

Since yesterday I am faced to déconnexion of the Server PLEX every hour.
I have a NAS Server.
I just update the last version of PLEX these last days.

The PMS is disconnecting every hour exactly. since one month. NAS SYNOLOGY. I have reinstalled PMS several time with last version. I have a PLEX Lifetime subscription. I disconnect and reconnect my PLEX account. I start the PMS and one hour later it stopps and I have to restart it.

The server stops at each maintenance during the night with the above message
