Having a re-occuring problem on multiple devices.
I have a plex media server running on a desktop computer, connected to it are 3 LG tv’s running the Plex App via a Fire tv stick, and two mobile phones with the Plex App (android), this issue occurs on all devices.
When streaming a film stored locally, it will randomly just stop playing with the spinning circle icon. Stop it, and hit resume and its usually ok for some shows, others it happens every 15 mins.
I have a log file with verbose logging enabled, but the title says not to attach it. I can’t see anything in it related to transcoding which might identify an issue, in any case i have moved transcoding to 30 seconds, and fastest speed, but the issue remains. My internet connection is stable, but i don’t think that should affect files stored locally.
What can i try next?
