Friends library shares lost

Hi,

I having an issue with plexmediaserver_1.19.3.2740-add6f438d_amd64.deb on my linux server …

Each night, any friends who do not have all libraries shared - they lose their shared libraries.

I have 16 libraries and 28 friends. Four friends have 16 libraries, 24 friends have 12. Each morning, the 24 friends with 12 libraries will have none at all. I have to re-share the 12 libraries with each of them each day.

Today was a little different - when I went to share, plex said no libraries were available. After restarting the plex server, the libraries were again available to share.

Let’s consider this matter closed at this point. I had installed exporttools plugin that seemed to coincide with the behavour.

I removed the plugin yesterday and the library shares are all intact this morning.

Honestly I have no idea how they could be related but I’ll re-install exporttools (a really good tool) when I need it again in the future.

Oops I wrote too soon. When I checked this morning all library shares were intact. Checking now @ 12:20 EST, they are gone again. Logs are attached if anyone can point me in the right direction?Plex Media Server Logs_2020-05-04_12-20-17.zip (4.7 MB)

I’ve solved it another way - I put the 4 extra libraries on a new plex server. Seems to have worked - all users still have their libraries today. This is not ideal however it means that I no longer need to add 12 libraries to 24 users each day.
